Opportunities during COVID-19
Virtual Sunday School – Sundays at 9:30am
While our building is closed, our regular adult education programming has been shifted or suspended until we can gather in person again. We are grateful for the leadership of Bishop Bruce Blake who is leading us in video lessons each week for Virtual Sunday School. A few days before we gather on Sunday, a video lesson is shared on both our Youtube and Facebook pages. Then on Sunday mornings through ZOOM, Pastor Maddie and Bishop Bruce facilitate conversation reflecting on the video lessons.
After conversations with our Sunday School group, we have decided to remain in our online format for the next month. Join us for our series led by Bishop Bruce Blake called, “Prophets to Gospel to a Modern World.” Bruce will explore an Old Testament prophet our first week, and then compare it to our modern world. Then, the next week he will see how this Old Testament prophet influenced Jesus’ teaching and how it relates to our modern world. Click here to see the list of video lessons that have been offered during pandemic. Questions? Reach out to Pastor Maddie at email@example.com.
