There are Advent calendars in the office and sanctuary for you and your family to use during the Advent season. If you have already received one and do not want another to share with someone else, please place yours on the altar after worship so that we can share it with another person. Also, we’d love to see pictures of you and your family doing the Advent calendar actions. Email us a picture or tag us on Facebook or Instagram so we can see your Advent in Action! If you’d like additional devotions, see Pastor Lora for book
suggestions to borrow.
The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!
Come join us for an evening of caroling! We will meet in the parlor at Grace at 6pm and head to our neighbors at Cumbernauld and also around the neighborhood. We will end back at Grace for hot chocolate. All are welcome!
Impromptu Christmas Nativity!
Join us for an impromptu Christmas Nativity! Didn’t make it to those practices? That’s okay! There is still a space for you! We will start handing out costumes at 10:00am on December 23rd and would love for you to join us. Does your older student want a speaking part in the program? Let Madison know so she can send it to you and they can begin practicing! You can reach Madison at Madison.email@example.com Have friends or family in town on? Invite them to join in on the fun!
A reminder that poinsettias can go home after the late Christmas Eve service. We will do our best to keep them alive through the rest of the season, but you are welcome to swing by the church next week and take yours home. If you are not planning to take your poinsettia home, let the office know and we can make sure it finds a good home! Thank you all for helping make our space beautiful!

Youth Trip to The One Event
We are heading to The One Event again this year! It is a conference-wide youth event happening in Salina on January 5-6. We will leave early Saturday morning and return Sunday afternoon. The youth will stay on the floor at a church. The cost is $50 each plus bringing money for two meals on the road. (Talk to Pastor Lora if cost is prohibitive).
Attention Parents: Donate Your Toys
We are inviting families with little ones to consider making some room for Christmas toys at your place by helping us make our nursery better. If you have used toys that are in good condition that are appropriate for the nursery, we would love to get a few new ones this season to replace old well-worn toys we have. You and your child/ren can leave them in Pastor Lora’s office. (Please use your best judgment on what would be most helpful to Grace’s nursery ministry. If you have questions about what might be good, talk to Pastor Lora or our nursery coordinator, Kacie Lockyear). We encourage you to use this as a chance to teach your children about generosity and why we give at Christmas!
